主要職責：

負責來訪客戶接待，電話接聽轉接；

負責新進員工考勤卡、餐卡的辦理，員工門禁系統開通；

負責每天快遞的收發登記，各部門寄出的快遞明細統計核對及費用申請；

負責每月公司員工考勤、加班年假時數、餐費扣款的統計；

負責辦公用品、勞防用品、工作服的收發；

負責巡邏系統的數據采集和保存；

負責與工作內容相關的各類文件資料歸檔管理；

崗位要求：

女，，形象氣質好，語言表達能力強，性格外向，自律性強；

條件優秀者，中專以上學歷亦可，有團隊合作精神，服從領導的安排，有相關經驗者優先
