職位描述:

崗位職責：

1、按時完成指令單下達的生產任務。

2、能對生產任務做出合理的安排，在成本、工藝上提供積極的建議，方便公司節約成本、提產品質量。

3、生產過程中隨時對產品進行抽檢,以防止不良現象的產生.

4、對生產的產品和生產過程中調機部分做好標識.

5、異型標簽(如梯型標.雙標和大小標等)模切加大檢查的力度.保證產品的打印和貼標方便.

6、生產前仔細核對計劃損耗,核對材料數量,對有疑問的提出上報給組長

7、按計劃損耗進行調機和生產.本著節省的原則. 控制生產中的任何損耗.包括調機,油墨和多生產出來的數量都必須以最少數量.

8、按設備操作規程上的保養項目對生產設備進行日常保養.(包括檢查轉動部件,活動部件加油等)

9、生產過程中按規范操作,對于設備轉動部位和標識有安全警告標識的地方操作必須謹慎,做到安全生產.

要求：

1、男，40歲以下，兩年以上模切經驗，頭腦靈活，品質意識強。

2、有責任心，工作積極、踏實，具有一定的協調能力。

3、學習能力強，服從管理，能適應加班。

4、做事認真，能吃苦耐勞，待遇從優。
