Excellence in RFID Pilot: Organization playing a leading role in an RFID pilot i.e., a preliminary or experimental trial or test, that significantly advanced the RFID industry.

Excellence in RFID Technology: Vendor whose technical leadership in RFID had significant impact on the industry.

RFID Visionary of the Year: Individual with the greatest impact on the industry, through sharing his or her vision and championing the value of RFID technology.

Most Innovative RFID Application: Real-world application showing the greatest innovation in using RFID technology.

There are five award categories. Companies or individuals may submit an application on behalf of themselves or others; and they may do so for more than one award category. A distinguished group of independent judges will evaluate the applications.
